At Williams Comfort Air, our goal is to provide a 5 star experience to every client. We are proud of our team who go above and beyond to provide our clients with the best experience possible.
“Our technician was great. Wonderful customer service. Well spoken and explained things in a way that made sense. We would love to have Jon take care of our plumbing needs in the near future!”
“We love Williams Comfort Air. They send you a text message with worker’s bio and picture, so you know who will be arriving. They just installed a new furnace. Then we needed a plumber for our sink, and it was fixed in less than 12 hours. Then our humidifier was leaking and they fixed it quickly. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We won’t use anyone else.”
“I received a mail offer from Williams Comfort Air for an AC and Heater tune up for new customers. I called and easily set up an appointment. I was impressed that I received a text and email notification with a short bio of the technician and a picture so I could easily identify him when he came to the door. Frank was incredibly professional and thorough. I never felt that he was trying to sell me on anything, he was just concerned about doing an excellent job and making sure I was satisfied. The final cost ended up being exactly what was advertised, no fine print surprises. You have a new loyal customer!”
“I have had the same technician, Joey, a few times now. Always takes his time and does a thorough job. Informs me of all the good and the bad of how things are looking and gives me honest feedback. Very nice and personable. I have had a great experience with this company on more than one occasion.”
“Chris came to my house today and was fantastic. I was late getting home and he was patient and gracious. Then he more than put up with my many questions as I tried to understand some things I was experiencing with my new Nest thermostat and how it interacts with my furnace and AC. On top of it all, Chris was able to identify my unit was over-exerting itself and came up with a solution after a handful of tests to reduce the strain on it so it will last longer. Chris is a great representative for the company!”
“We found a small leak that was in fact the “canary in the mine” as it indicated that all the copper pipes in our house needed to be replaced WHILE WE WERE LIVING IN IT. This then became an excuse to install new toilets as Williams Comfort would swap them [new replacing old] at no cost since they had to remove the old anyway. Bottom line: they also had to jack hammer the slab and pull down portions of ceilings and otherwise undertake a massive job. They exceeded expectations. Left the house CLEAN. Made sure at least one toilet was working when they left for the day. etc. Their team and effort was EXCEPTIONAL.”
“We have two air conditioning units and William’s Comfort Air has always serviced them perfect. The tech was on time and explained anything we needed to know. Nothing was left for us to do when he left such as closing gates or doors. Great job.”
“We recently replaced two AC units (upgraded to heat pumps), two furnace units (upgraded to high efficiency units), and 3 thermostats (upgraded to digital thermostats) in our home. I was dreading this experience but I finally had a few estimates drawn up and I must say I couldn’t be happier with the products and service from Williams Comfort Air. The staff (everyone from the call center, sales, and technicians) has been very friendly and easy to deal with. We ran into an issue with one of the units being out of stock and a bad repair from a previous HVAC tech but Williams Comfort Air took care of those issues at no additional charge and most importantly no hassle. I would highly recommend.”
“timely, personal, friendly, quickly, fair pricing, told what was wrong and recommend what should be done soon to keep furnace running well. great customer service & the service they sent out to us was very polite & complete d the job quickly. he was very nice & explained everything he did & what he thought should be done soon to prevent other issues. We were very very pleased & satisfied & will use them again if we need anything done.”
“Called after normal business hours for our A/C not working on a 90 degree day. Had a technician out within 40 minutes of our initial call. Technician was extremely kind and professional. He fixed our A/C quickly and had our house nice and cool in no time. We went ahead and signed up for the service plan and look forward to using them in the future. Easy to work with tonight and made a stressful situation a little bit easier for us!”
“They came same day at the time they said and fix it same day too”
“They were prompt and courteous. They explained to me what they were doing and why. They cleaned up after themselves”
“I had interviewed six different companies to replace my furnace and air conditioner. Williams was not the cheapest but I was not looking for cheap, I was looking for the best quality of product and workmanship for the least amount of money, meaning I wanted the best value for my buck. I received this with Williams and for customer service after the installation has been excellent. I was impressed with the length of their warranty as well. I would highly recommend Blaise McWhirter as their sales representative who dealt with me openly and honestly and Williams Comfort Air for any HVAC problems.”
“Prompt, professional, priced great… What more should I say? Problem solved in one call. Thank you very much!”
“The technician, Joey, correctly diagnosed a problem that a competitor missed the day before. Joey was unaware of the competitor’s repair that failed. The competitor merely replaced the circuit board which failed again as soon as he left. Joey repaired the circuit board and the bad blower that caused the breakdown. He was knowledgeable and highly trained. He was also polite and concerned about pleasing the customer. Great job, Joey.”
“Very professional and polite people from salespeople, installers and customer service representatives.”
“It was a positive experience. We appreciated the patience and expertise of the service technicians. The office staff were wonderful too. We feel very fortunate to have Williams Comfort Air on “our team.”
“Seth came by and serviced my furnace unit. He was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. As he served the unit he explained reach step he was taking and why. I am very happy that such a professional person still exists in this day and time”
“Great tech. Explained concerns with age of furnace and made suggestions to mitigate severe cold weather risk.”
“Over the years I have used a number of companies and technicians to service my HVAC system. Some were good, some were bad, but I have found Williams Comfort Air to have the most consistent, careful and thorough technicians. They took out the 1950’s era Oil to Gas conversion monstrosity at my old house and replaced it with a nee, modern, high efficiency furnace and AC unit. Big job, but they got the whole thing done in a single day. Even before that, I had them on a regular spring and fall tune up plan. They keep me up to date and thinking about my systems so I can plan for the future. I had a problem with one of their technicians once, but they came out immediately and fixed the problem, and never sent that tech to see me again. My current system is 10 years old, and my technician reminded me that the newest freon phase out begins in 2020, so begin planning for what might need to be done. I appreciate that kind of service.”
“I had a water pipe give way in my older home on a Sunday morning, so I shut off all the water to the house. Williams Comfort Air does all of my heating and air and was coming on Monday morning for my bi-annual service. I knew they did plumbing too as Mr. Plumber, so I waited to talk to my technician, Allen. He handled the whole thing. He called it in for me, explained the gravity of the situation and got me help within a couple of hours. Thank you Allen!
Because my home is on a slab and the old corroded pipe could not be fixed as it was, my sandstone floor would have had to be jackhammered up and I didn’t want that. Supervisor Mike and I looked at all of the options and also looked at all exposed pipe in the house. It was all showing signs of leakage in several places and heavy corrosion, so I opted for having the entire house re-plumbed overhead.
I also chose to replace everything that processes water in my house. I got hot-water-on-demand, a rust filtration system (rusty well water), a new water softener, new R.O., a new comfort height toilet and had some inconvenient piping rerouted to the gas dryer and to the outside hose bib. As you can imagine, this was a major expense and it took three and a half days, plus extra evening hours, because the guys really cared that I have water as soon as possible. It was done so well that I was thrilled. My house is safe now and my water is right for the first time in 20 years. I didn’t feel bad at all about the expense.
I had three or four big Williams vehicles in my driveway every day and three to five Williams technicians every day and every one of them was so highly skilled that I was constantly impressed and in awe of their skill. Not only were they top-notch at their jobs, but they were fun to have here and I actually missed them when the job was done. We all hugged when the job was over. Thank you Mike, Jared, Bob, Brandon, Jeff, John and Dan. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You made me very, very happy, but I know that you know that.”
“On New Year’s Day I woke up to a cold house. I called Williams Comfort Air and got their emergency service… I promptly got a call back and a repairman came out. I had been contemplating buying an energy star furnace and I asked the repairman to give me details. He connected me with the owner of the company who gave me a rough quote. I decided to have a new furnace installed. The owner sent out an extremely professional representative. They couldn’t install the furnace since it was a holiday, so they brought in three space heaters and set them up for me.My old furnace was intermittently working so it was 60 degrees which allowed me to stay in my house.
Besides being extremely professional the representative was very considerate. My Christmas tree was in a box in the living room since I had just taken it down. He offered to put it in the garage for me and to have the repairman put it in the attic when they were installing the furnace. This was above and beyond any customer service experience I had had. A crew came the next day which was a Saturday to install my furnace. They did an excellent job. When they cleaned up after the job my garage looked better than when they started. I have already recommended them to a close friend of mine. It’s important to me as a single woman to be treated with respect and to feel safe when workers come to my house. I would heartily recommend Williams Comfort Air to everybody.”

“It was my good fortune to have Carl as the installer of my sump pump this past June. He was on time, polite, and willing to talk to my son in Chicago about the installation. My husband of 37 years had recently died, and I was not versed on sump pumps or their installation. My son wanted to be sure the installer was the right kind of guy to be dealing with his grieving mother. Carl explained things not only to me, but also to my son to both of our satisfactions! I was so impressed with his professional appearance and attitude that I was not alarmed by the fact that a “stranger” was spending the day in and out of my house! I immediately recommended Williams Comfort Air and Carl in particular to friends who were in need of plumbing services, too. The whole process was pleasant and I’m still pleased with my sump pump.
Then on one of the hottest days of the summer (July) Frank and Ryan were directed to take out my 32 year old furnace and install a new one. Having already used Williams Comfort Air for my sump pump installation, I expected a certain quality in the workers and their workmanship. Frank and Ryan did not disappoint me! They worked hard all day, had lunch with me, and continued working the rest of the 95 degree day! Once again, I felt comfortable with the two of them in my home. They were respectful and thorough with all that they did. I did recommend the company to my pastor and his wife because I felt that they would get good service from a reputable company and professional service from the guys in charge of the installation. Frank and Ryan even came back another day to show me (again) how to program the thermostat! Part of the “comfort” of Williams Comfort Air is being comfortable with the company and it employees. Both my experiences with them have proven to me and my son that they adhere to the highest standards.”

“I wanted to share an experience I had with one of your repairmen yesterday. Thunder was sent over to work on a drain issue that I was having. He took his time to carefully access how to best address the repair and went over the options with me. He warned that we might have to cut further back on the pipe if the old fitting didn’t come off well and he did his best to try to save me $100 by not having to take off an extra elbow. In the end, it didn’t work and he had to cut further back making the repair a bit more expensive. I really appreciate that this was explained to me before it happened – there was absolutely no surprise! Thunder is the type of person I always hope to get when I have to have someone work on my property – easy to work with, does the job correctly, and cleans up after himself.
I have had several of your plumbers at my house over the last 2 years and I’ve had a great experience with each one. I’ve always received prompt service and the work is done well. Thank you for the great service!”
