  1. A friendly member of our Client Care Team will reach out to you shortly to better understand how we can help.
  2. We will schedule a time that is convenient to you and your schedule.
  3. Upon scheduling a visit a confirmation email and text will be sent.
  4. The day of the visit an email and text reminder will be sent with a picture and short biography of our team member.
  5. Our team member will politely knock on your door and enter wearing shoe booties, facemask and gloves.
  6. During our visit to your home we will maintain a safe distance per the CDC guidelines.
  7. The team member will ask questions to better understand the issue at hand.
  8. We will go to work to complete a thorough evaluation of your home.
  9. Upon competition of the evaluation we will present various options to make your home more comfortable and safe.
  10. Once you are comfortable with our team and one of our solutions we will ask for a signature to begin the work.
  11. Our technician will begin completing the agreed upon work. If you have any questions, throughout the process please feel free to ask.
  12. When completed we will walk you through the work performed.
  13. We will clean up any work area to leave it cleaner than when we arrived.
  14. Before we leave the home we will ask if we have provided you with a “5-Star” experience. If not, we want to make it right!
  15. We will stand behind the craftsmanship of our work and be available to you 24/7/365 if anything arises.
